Refunds will be cheerfully given on all shoes that are returned. If you need to return goods, email us first to get a correct address. Be sure these shoes fit you comfortably before you use them. Used shoes may not be returned to FloosieShoe and manufacturing and materials defects will be covered by manufacturers' warranties. Shoes not returned for credit within 2 weeks of invoice date will be considered "used shoes" and may not be returned. If you suspect that anything is wrong with our merchandise, please try the shoes on and wear them on carpet as the final inspection. If you detect any defects, please make a note of it and return merchandise for a full refund or exchange. Since FloosieShoe has to go outside of its own company to fill an order request, there will be a $10 restocking fee charged if these items are returned for any reason. This is to cover the extra expense FloosieShoe will be charged for special handling, restocking, small order charges and drop ship fees that have incurred in your name when dealing with other companies on your behalf.
